ya know as cheesy as this movie is, I love it! It's one of my favorite childhood films! Matthew Broderick and Rupert Everett were very well cast, especially Everett. Plus I actually like the darker tone as opposed to the cartoon-it made it seem more realistic (or about as realistic as you can get with the source material). I love nostalgia critic but I gotta disagree with him on this one

people who watched the cartoon didn't like this because of how dark it was: the prof. getting killed, Psychs getting eletrecuted, and Evil Gagdet. But I Still liked it because it took a more mature turn, but still being kid friendly at the same time with the jokes and humor. The actors for (Dr.) Claw and Inspector Gadget were great, but they could have done better for Penny IMO. I loved how the French Stewart had a voice cameo in the credits when he voiced as brain.

Matthew Borderick was suck a great inspector gadget. I've been a fan of inspector gadget for as long as I can remember (i'm 17 now) and I did not like the guy in the 2nd movie...i thought the 2nd movie sucked and i only loved the 1st movie...my grandfather and mom thought the same thing...Plus....I'm a big Matthew Broderick fan anways....so yeah i was dissapointed with the 2nd movie because Matthew is inspector gadget....Anways cool video! deffinatley favoriting! :)
