  • What is this game? It looks cool :D I know its called Portal but whats it all about? Is it a horror or something?

  • @TheChoclateKing

Its about using a Portal gun to go through an amount of test chambers set by an Insane computer, the storyline is very deep and is absolutely worth buying Portal 2 aswell!!

  • this game work well on p3 and a geforce fx

  • LOL A CELERON?

  • @Gearsguy405 LOL STILL GETS THE JOB DONE FOR ME

  • @jkid54321 Dude even a Pentium 4, I mean goddamn

  • @Gearsguy405 Well I'm not a heavy PC gamer I don't have a dream to run Crysis at max settings and get over 60 FPS. So Only games I play on my PC are CS:S L4D and some NBA 2k and i don't have any damn money to buy a new processor.

  • @jkid54321 Dud I just checked and theres a dual core Pentium for like 50$ on newegg

  • @Gearsguy405 My Celeron (which in fact is a Dual-Core) is fine with me.

  • @jkid54321 Must take 30 years to open IE

  • @Gearsguy405 hehe gtfo

  • I have an Intel Dual Core @ 1.8 ghz (weak, i know), a 1440x900 monitor, 2gb RAM, and i'm getting the ATI HD 4670 512MB DDR3 soon, do you think i'll be able to run games like Blur or maybe Crysis in Mid-High setting at more than 30fps?

  • @RowanSL I'm not sure Blur/Crysis would be playable @ mid-high settings maybe at a low resolution. And you should get a new processor if you want to play any new games.

  • How much do you think i will get with:

    Intel Celeron E3300 @ 2,94 GHz

    ASROCK g31-s

    Gigabyte HD 5670 1 GB

    2 GB of RAM

  • @031281670

Well i don't really know depending on your resolution. But if you were to play at the same resolution as me (1440x900) you'd probably get like an avg of 80-100 or so fps. that's just my guess. but that rig is more than enough to run Portal on Max settings.

  • @jkid54321 Ok thx :)

  • @031281670 I have the same card and a 2.6Ghz processor and i get 120-300 FPS

  • might get this gfx card. :DD one question though, since you're like a computer expert :P can my computer handle this graphics card? here's my some of my specs if you need 'em.

    3 GB RAM

    Pentium (R) Dual-core CPU E5300 @ 2.60 GHz

  • oh wait i might get the 4650 1GB one, not this. but still..could it work? :o

  • @bombdestroyer49 I'm not rlly one xD if you have a power supply with enough wattage it'll work. pre built pcs you find at the shop are probably just 300 watts when the the 4670 needs 400+ watts .
