  • Excelente interpretación. Estás entre mis favoritos.

  • Bello. Brava.

from Japan

  • Why all the dislikes? This is brilliant.

  • Great! Excellent organist!

And of course: Bach, the greatest among the greats

  • congrats mate - brilliant !

  • Brilliant, madame Saya Hashino!

  • Brilliant! Brava!

  • I love to watch you play. The music you produce is so exciting, of course Bach had a little to do with that. Why haven't we seen you before?

  • I have to admit that I'm a little bit envious of your great talent... ;-)

    Excellent performance!!

  • wonderful ! absolutely perfect...somedy knows who is this organist ?

  • Excellent! Lots of people write here, that you have brilliant pedal technique, but i think all your technique is brilliant, tempo, phrasing... And what is important, it's not only technical "machine play", but it is played with sensitivity, which gives soul to this beautiful music. My respect!

  • Wonderful playing! I am glad that some organist are trying to keep the organ alive. In the USA, the church organ is a dying market as playing the organ is no longer popular any more.

  • @patsaxon - We do need organists. but there are encouraging things happening! The American Guild of Organists hold yearly "Pipe Organ Encounters" in several cities - a kind of week long "pipe organ camp" for young people. I know of many teens who are very serious about organ performance!

If you click on my name, it should take you to a playlist of about 70 young organists, ages 7 to around 20, who have videos here on YouTube. Most of them are from the USA. I'm quite encouraged!

  • Good play

  • Fantastic!!

  • As always ..... enjoyed every second ....

  • outstanding

  • interpretazione precisa, tecnica raffinata. ottima scelta registri

  • Beautiful footwork and pedalling technique... BRAVO

  • congratulations! very good

  • Wow you're very talented! Unfortuantely, I listened to Felix Hell's interpretation before I listened to this... it made your performance seem only "excellent" instead of "phenomenal".

  • I was 13 when I learned this .... that was 42 years ago .... and I so enjoyed the performance ..... and I still enjoy playing it !!!

  • She's talented and practices a lot. I love listening to this piece - it's magnificent. Bach makes a great fugue out of a simple progressive movement - that's what makes him a master.

  • Brava! Awesome!

  • Very nice for a pianist, 5* ! (2)

  • Brilliant

Who is the organist and does she come to the UK to play concerts?

  • Note to friedrichsacher and rudly: Yes, that is *exactly* the tempo it is supposed to be performed at. She's got a good teacher, whoever he/she is.

  • Why are chinese people playing so fast all the time????

  • Poor stupid

  • Because they can.

  • The teacher says that's the tempo ?

  • Expertly performed. You technique is near flawless. I really enjoyed listening. Can you tell more about the instrument you're using? Gracias!

  • absolutely breathtaking. Please post more of your work. A real pleasure to watch you perform!!!

  • jajajajajjaa, jejejejejejejej es una broma??? c'est une blague??? dai non fare lo spiritoso!!! are you kiding me???

  • Excelent, very very well. Your cordination is impressive. good work

  • Bravo !

  • Fantastic execution and excellent interpretation!

  • Simplement parfait!

  • Well done!!

  • Wonderful. :)

  • She is amazing ...... enough said ...

  • This is my favorite organ work and this performance did not disappoint. All from memory too! Very very well done! Thank you.

  • This fugue is one of my favorite pieces, and this is one of my favorite recordings of it. Great tempo and registration.

Bravo 1000 fois !

  • extremely well played technically, but very mechanical way. personally.

  • very nice piece I liked every minute of it you play very well

  • My favourite Bach organ work, and this performance came extremely close to the fabulous recording of it by Virgil Fox many years ago. Thank you!

  • Bravo, Bravo!

  • This is really good! Prime example of someone who understands concerto form but mostly articulation and attack and release on keys.

  • Very polished and musical playing. You have a real sense of how to shape a phrase in Bach. Maybe think a little more about possible subtle articulations in the pedal part, which sounds here sometimes a bit too bland legato. The famous pedal solo at the end was well controlled too! Great stuff!

  • Excellent, 5 stars

  • Quelle admirable musicienne vous faites, vivant complètement l'oeuvre. Bach comme on l'aime. Prise de son excellente. Bravo

    A favoritos!

  • This is hot.

  • Excellent pedal work!

  • nice!

  • Lovely to watch, but felt that player was a bit detached from the spirit of the piece. At least the cameraman had the good sense to display the footwork to its best advantage.

  • FABULOUS

Tremendous playing, I usually imagine the pedal solo at the end to be ever so slightly faster but I have no objections to anyone's interpretations, and that was by far one of the best I've heard.

    Trully fantastic, well played.

  • After D-E-F#-E-D sequences, after the rest don't delay the B-A-B-F#-G ...

That slight pause distracts from the marvelous momentum.

The pedal reed is inappropriate in the beginning. Does not match the manual registration.

    Wonderful performance!

    Thank you,

    RG Denver, Colorado USA

  • Agreed about the slight pause. It really does take away from the momentum.

I'm ok with the reed, though. Since she has the mixtures on, I think the reed is fine.

Nitpicky stuff. Other than that, great playing!!

  • Bravo! One of the best interpretations of Bach's "Preludium & Fuga Concertata" Bach's perennial organ testing piece. The old Kantor would have merely smiled and said "Fine playing"....but since he often reffered to his own playing as merely "adequate" this would have meant: "out of this world!!!" I would concur! I hope you develop a CD(s)of Bach's organ music..please consider it!!! (I would buy it & tout it!!!)

  • Absolutely brilliant.

  • Magnificent! The best interpretation i've ever heard of this fugue!

    I love it

  • Molto bene.

    Brava,buona tecnica e precisone.

  • The Weimar 'Kantor' would be proud of your magnificent playing. Thanks

  • Great! :-)

  • Absolutely phenomenal!!!

  • Love it!!

  • Brilliant... your pedal technique is fantastic! very much enjoyed this.

  • Esecuzione fantastica

    Complimenti

  • Magnifique! Bravo! 5 stars.

  • salut belle-soeur!
