Great job! I remember this one from an old Arlo 8-track I listened to non-stop. I always thought it was very similar to "Goodnight Irene."

Thanks John. It's definately based on Irene. Woody wrote most of his songs to existing tunes. He was a friend of Leadbelly, and he used  Irene Goodnight on a couple of his songs.
