Barbara now lives somewhere on the Mississippi Gulf Coast, Waveland, I think.

She creates beautiful pottery. Her work is beauitiful!

I've been trying to locate Barb and her younger sister Wissy but no luck. I spent alot of time in NOLA between 1986 - 1989 - mostly hanging out with Wissy Menendez. I met Barbara a few times - when we drove over the lake - she didn't live far from the bridge - I think in Mandeville. Anyone know where Wissy is ????

Someone sent me this video & OMG!!! I use to love Barbara! My best friend introduced me to The Cold when New Wave was first breaking out.

I was between 14-15 & this is such a classic!

Wow. I was a huge fan during my high school years seeing The Cold over and over again at various CYO dances...with bands like The Socials and The Singles (featuring Brian Batt who is in the incredible cable TV series Mad Men.) I used to collect all those photos that are used in the montage, too. Thanks for bringing back some of my favorite memories. Sweet!
