They're singers and at times act on the side, Tackey & Tsubasa! They're a duo. The tall one is Tsubasa and the one with the longer hair is Tackey. ^_^. You should listen to some of their songs, they're really fun and catchy!

The guy in the knit stocking hat is Nakai Masahiro--lead singer of SMAP and co-host of Utaban (which is the show this clip is from). The tall guy is Ishibashi Takaaki (Taka-san) who is part of the comedy duo 'Tunnels' and the other host of Utaban. Who the third guy is I have no clue.
