O2jam is a broken piece of shit. Any game that has timing windows become tighter due to BPM increasements automatically has points deducted against it. As cool as DJ MAX technika is, a flaw is still a flaw. Take your artificial difficulty and stick it up your ass.

I also like how O2jam increases the BPM whenever there are shitloads of notes to avoid lag. Real subtle tactic to hide the fact that it would lack like a mother-fucker otherwise. What a joke.

Comparing O2Jam and Beatmania is nonsense.

O2Jam charts are a lot harder in terms of notes, but the game is a LOT more tolerant than beatmania when it comes to note judging (not counting that o2jam has its judging system based on the current song BPM). And like someone mentioned, O2jam haven't got the turntable.

A song like gaussian Blur Hx as far as its chart is concerned, would be much harder on Beatmania IIDX, because of how the game works.

@SilverH2x Without beatmania, there won't be o2jam. Are you aware that O2Jam ripped the idea off beatmania? Did you know that BEATMANIA is the FIRST rhythm game idea from Konami. And believe me, if it's from Konami, It came in before o2jam did.

difficulty? I've cleared loads of level 100 songs on O2Jam. But I still can't clear the hardest songs on IIDX. All it takes is a level 11 beatmania song like Second Heaven to kick your ass. The difficulty is not always in the chart. Kid, remember that.

Okay, let me just say that that song had 2900 notes in about 4 minutes, which is impressive, but beatmania has songs like Mei and Himiko with over 2000 notes in 2 minutes. If you do the math, that's much harder. Plus, beatmania requires that you have over 80% of your meter full in order to pass, AND it comes with a neat yet annoying turntable, 02jam does not.
