But, out of youthful exuberance, Kukaru, who had been observing the ceremony, interrupted the ceremony. He belonged to an agency, Sazaragi, that was responsible for exploring distant lands and their heritage.

In his sense of justice, Kukaru rescued Malchut from drowning, much to his relief and her shock.Because of his interference, the harmonious circulating flow of Turii had been interrupted and chaos would soon begin. Malchut was taken leaving the 9 S.P. causing disorder.

@DarkSakuraGirl Turii is the only place in the world of Aria T'laria, that has never been under the influence/exposed of the Ristaccia. After Malchut is taken away from Turii, disorder happens the 8 other star people die because of that (i believe), She is taken away to Masinowa, but right when she leaves she is exposed to the Ristaccia and becomes a female.

It's part of the Epic of Zektbach series, though only 3 other songs have animated videos similar to this; Blind Justice, Ristaccia, and Apocalypse, though none of them feature any of the characters from turii. afaik.

Short answer, no, this isn't part of an actual animated series.
