I use "Zillatube" - it download youtube videos very fast. Play them easily. If you want, it can even convert to other videos formats with good quality.
You might do better getting Clip Downloader version 3, it's not free but... It will download with just 1-click, you can use it to transcode the video to a number formats plus, you can watch the flash video right in the application. A download manager is included to make organising and finding you downloads easy. You can download from any site like this not just YouTube.
