I've seen them at easter time in all the stores

Peeps are really good on the inside. Gooey marshmellows...takes a little getting used to. The outside is bitter-sweet foodcoloring and sugar.

I absolutely love them. They're worth a try...but don't expect to like them right away.

I believe that this is from malcom in the middle a few years back. The older brother, Fransis, is dared that he cannot eat 100 peeps in an hour. I'm sure that the pure idea has been circulating since they have been created though.

Ok, I did the math. I can't figure out if each peep is 100 cals or each box is 100 cals, but:

100 cals per peep x 100 peeps = 10,000 calories.(or 5 times what you need)

100 cals per box x 20 boxes = 2,000 calories (a day's intake of calories)

Either way, I'd throw up. Even if he didn't eat 100, he STILL should've thrown up.

well there went his sugar count. remember marshmallows expand, that fluid intake was a bad idear. (maybe some inhalation of 'easter grass' may've helped a few of those setbacks like gag reflex and the no cravings for sweets) wonder what an xray or thrusting a tiny cam down your esophagus and doing some videos of your innards would've shown? watching them gurgling and bubbling inside your stomach. :D were you constipated the next day?!
