Kaali Amma has her tongue stuck out for 2 possible reasons 1.because after she killed the demon she was on a death frenzy and was destroying everything shiv shankar baba was lying there along the dead corpse and kaali mata step on him she was shocked at this sight she stucked her tongue out. 2. Kaali maa stuck her tongue out as a sign of victory after she killed the demon.
