@tandmoz still waiting for you to post something that shows your obviously stellar ability in dancing. Maybe you've got the capacity you claim, but so far, you've been nothing but a lot of words and no action. Show me what you've got.
@tandmoz Glad to hear you have such a high opinion of yourself and that I am not alone in being so utterly pathetic, even relative to the Melbourne Salsa scene - where I have also worked as a teacher.
You know what the main different between us is, apart from the fact that I can communicate effectively using this language? I have posted myself dancing in order to help others. That I was just trying to show footwork, not body action, is just as beyond you as posting your own best effort dancing.
@tandmoz : your comment is so inane and semi-articulate that it begs to be firmly slapped. Maybe you could learn to tell the difference between *dancing* and *dance instruction*. If you can't understand what I'm trying to show, don't feel bad - it's not for people who can't tell the difference between these two things. If you want to see me dance, look somewhere else.
i wish that made more sense. I was totally distracted by all that stomping and what seemed like marching. I still don't understand the difference :( Maybe music would have helped??????
@angelrules78: yeah, music would have helped, but that you couldn't have heard what I was saying clearly enough. I was trying to demonstrate the way one can switch between dancing On1 (LA) and On2 (NY) style, to show how the same foot steps on the same beat in each style, it is the position of the pause within the pattern of the basic that changes. If you are not somewhat familiar with On1/On2 styles, this will not make sense to you, though. Find some videos of On1 and On2 dancers for music.
