  • that alien fucked her! i wanna watch this now

  • Actually Aliens ripped of this movie, James Cameron, director of aliens, was production designer and second unit director of this Roger Corman Classic.

  • @zk861 Aliens was just a "war film"-style sequel to Alien.

  • And I thought the American media doesn't make their own tentacle porn.

  • Just added this one and Forbidden World to my Blockbuster Online que. Can't wait to see this one.

  • THE PIT OF DOOMED SOULS? LIVING GLASS????? Faaaaaaabulous!

  • am I the only one who thinks it's funny?

  • this wasn't a bad movie like people imply. There were a couple of bad actors, but sid haig and robert englund were in it. They make it worth seeing. From the words of Joe Bob four stars check it out

  • Surprisingly I saw this on either Turner Classic Movies or Bravo a few months ago. Really horribly written movie, and I love movies like this usually. Still, it's worth watching if you get a chance.

  • wtf? looks funny

  • James Cameron actually worked on this movie? This was probably some other stuff that was going on before his tales of Pandora.

  • Dat worm man

  • Not so bad when compared to most syfy original movies.

  • This is actually neat... xD

  • Sid Haig has been in everything! He was even in an episode of 'The A-Team'.

  • Incoherant and sloppy. Hated it!

  • The rape by giant, slimy inch-worm/catapillar/maggot scene is crazy!!!

  • Captain Spalding! One thing here, at the very beginning of the trailer, the scene is from Battle Beyond the Stars not Galaxy of Terror!.

  • @RealUKBlackMetal I'll bet the movie re-used footage from Battle of the Stars.

  • Wow, Sid Haig hasn't aged a bit...

  • This film look's cooler than alien in some ways!

It's got a real exploratory vibe to it! :)

  • This film has to be seen to be believed. It's very strange. Forbidden World is Corman's Alien riff this film doesn't really have anything to do with Alien.

  • Wow, I had forgotten about this movie. it looks awful! lol

  • 0:38

It's the mudman from Return Of The Living Dead!

  • 1:10-1:20 awesome

  • Yessir, the author of this movie? No issues with women at all. -.-

    A.G.

  • i cant believe that i was a cool movie once.. such bulshit

  • @MajorDrinkins

You were probably on an Alien-trip, as most people who bothered to watch this. But off course no movie could live up to the scifi-horror genre like Alien and Aliens. It's still not too bad in it's own way.

  • looks great!

  • that alien totally fucked her :O

  • hmm..the first few seconds are from "battle beyond the stars"!

  • OMG, I watched when I was 11 at the primary school with all my classmates, I completely forgot about this film, the only thing I remember is this big monster raping the woman, then our teacher came in and she told us to turn the film off :)

  • And 30 years later, Cameron has turned into a great director.

  • Movie history would have been a much poorer place, without Roger Corman!

They say he's made over 100 films and never lost money on any of them.

  • ALIEN RAPE??? WHATTA FUCK?

  • This movie was on AMC a couple of weeks ago!!! Very creepy and bloody but pretty good. Had a weird ending though.

  • I Just saw this last night on the cahnnel "TMC". I was deffientley a Alien Movie Ripoff

  • Looks like 'Doom' the movie

  • This movie looks so awesome!

  • B-Movies are great

  • @yamon98 Indeed they are :)

  • This is exactly why the 1980's kicked butt!!

  • A rip-off Ridley Scott's "Alien"?

Very clearly so. In its defense it wasn't the first. It only makes Alien appear so much better.

  • @McLarenMercedes Of course, don't you recognize the pattern?

  • If you want to buy this cult classic (and see the famous worm rape scene) on DVD, come visit TLAcult.com where it’s always on sale. :D

  • @djoscarwilde Eh...no big deal.

  • a BILLION years? to scare ME to death? gmafb.

  • I literally just watched this video--I picked up a copy from the store because I saw FORBIDDEN WORLD and rather enjoyed it. This film, however, was awful. The pacing was slow, the plot was underdeveloped, and the lighting and sound were in poor quality. Considering the budget and the time period in which the film was produced, the special effects with the monsters and beginning ship and space scenes were ok, but overall not a good effort.

  • This was a really bad movie, lol. Saw it several years ago and just everything about it was bad. Plotline, acting, you name it. I'd give the special effects a break because of the time obviously and the budget but seriously, this movie is a waste of time (The only reason it ever got attention is because weirdos enjoy seeing a worm rape someone).

  • The Blu_ray of this film looks very good! The Horny Space Slug had more "Slime" that I though. he really "Hosed" that Girl Down!! ;)

  • Love the maggot rape scene on that blonde girl. classic masterpiece!

  • Anyone else think it's COMPLETE BULLSHIT that the Academy didn't give Roger Corman any time to give a speech at the Oscars this year when he won the Lifetime Achievement Award? He shared it with Lauren Bacall, but c'mon, they could've took turns!

They gave plenty of time all the other years for people to stand up and accept it, but they finally acknowledge him, and he isn't even allowed to give a speech.

The man is too cool, and this movie proves it. Long live Roger Corman.

  • @samsullithegenius Roger Corman rules.

  • it lookes more real than some of the digital crap in todays movies!!!!!

  • @freund333 Agreed.

  • wow!

  • Hey, was that Joanie.?

  • @ShutUpH00ker

Yes! She gets crushed to death!

  • @radioblueheart

Wow.. Some cable channels gotta be showing these Corman flicks sometime. Too bad Chachi didn't get crushed too, LoL....

  • @ShutUpH00ker

Like stomping on a cantaloupe! Squish!

Not anytime soon. They just released the DVD this month. Other than Jonie getting wrecked it also has the scene in which Taaffe O'Connell's character gets raped to death by a giant tentacled worm. Its too bad, that would play great on Nickelodeon!

  • man that looks aesome!

  • I wanna see this film :D

  • Even I Grew Up In The VHS Era..........At That Time The Greatest VHS You Could Buy Were MASK & Godzilla!

Dunno Why But I Like These Type Of Splatter Films! Dont You?

  • Why the hell does this trailer open with scenes from BATTLE BEYOND THE STARS? I know Corman loved to reuse the FX footage from that movie for a lot of his other productions but GALAXY OF TERROR didn't have a shred of recycled BATTLE footage, as far as I know.

  • hahaha

    crazy! :D

  • Did that woman just get raped by a tentacle monster?

  • Back in the days when monsters could rape women without prejudice.

  • The trailer had the first ten seconds of a movie called Battle beyond the stars which had nothing to do with GOT The worm rape scene was the best!!

  • Good B grade science fiction horror. Cheesy, ridiculous and campy, but I thought it was scary when it came out.

  • And Bill Paxton was the set dresser

  • This movie was glorious and awful all at once.

  • How late in the movie is Taaffe O'Connell's " big scene"?

  • for those who are interested Galaxy of Terror can be found at Amazon in their unbox section for rent $2.99 or purchase $9.99

  • I saw that in VHS when I was a Little Kid

  • @binshuy I am also from the VHS era and in those days, B-movies were fun!

  • Man I miss old sci fi horror myself like this and Alien.. To bad movies are to, predictable now these days. The old ones made me scared to sleep at night. Oh well.

  • i remember i became i can't sleep for 1 week when i saw this movie.but is there any one of the astronautes who survive from the alien atack?(alien atack or planete atack

  • actually there were two survivors Cabren (played by Edward Albert) and Ranger (Robert Englund) makes for an interesting switch as most horror movies at that time it was the lone female who survived. In this movie the women had the worst { or best ;) } death scences!!!

  • Classic sci fi horror! I love this movie.

  • I own the Italian version DVD' And absolutely love the film. Quuhod got fucked up pretty bad out of them all though.

  • actually it was Dameia played by the lovely Taaffe O'Connell who got " fucked up" the most by literally being molested by a giant space worm! ;)
