He tried to roll over on the stretcher and puke in the ambulence but the paramedics thought he best stay on his back, thus causing him to choke on his puke and pass away.
It was the stupidty on the part of Monika and the paramedics that caused his death.

Because if Monica had been sedated with some compound that would not show up in a post mortem analysis, the puncture wound would still be visible. She then thought-up a quick excuse and told Sharon that she "washed sick off Jimi's face with wine". Monika was a quick, cold, and cunning liar. She knew the wine was used to kill Jimi so she blew-off Sharon with a quick answer, changed the subject abrutply, and then never spoke about it again. Pain can't be faked.

Everything is pointing towards murder, warranting a re-evaluation of the facts to determine what did actually happen. Jimi is dead, but at least this would allow Jimi to rest in peace in the knowledge that true justice in his case has been served. If the government or governments were involved, there is certainly going to be considerable embarassment.

Monica was cleared of any wrong doing. She was not scheduled to go to court for that. She had lost a case against Kathy Etchingham, a slander suit. They did re open Jimis inquest, but Monica was found not guilty because she didnt do anything but fail to call 911. she was scared. It was 1970. A black guy and a white german girl. People were racists back than.She also feared Jimi would get in trouble and that he would be mad at her for calling authorities when he was just drunk and sleeping.

And she noticed his breathing wasn't normal. So instead of calling an ambulence she calls a good friend, who in turn tells her to call the ambulence. When the ambulence came and was en route to the hospital, Jimi was still alive. He tried to roll over on the stretcher and puke in the ambulence but the paramedics thought he best stay on his back, thus causing him to choke on his puke and pass away.
It was the stupidty on the part of Monika and the paramedics that caused his death.

He was by the way unconscious when they picked him up. I don't believe Hendrix killed himself, but I do believe he had nothing left to prove as a musician, and that he had done it all by 1970. I am a big Hendrix fan but I just don't see enough proof that there was a conspiracy and that he was murdered. As much as I want to, being a Conspiracy Therorist, I just can't see it.
I believe there is more to the story, but I don't believe it to be murder.

Glad someone else sees right through the cigarette trip story. Most likely Monika used it as an excuse to not be there when Jimi was killed. However she spoke of it being around 11am when in fact, if it happened, it happened closer to 4:30am when the forensics show Jimi died. Jimi's murderers probably set him up with those super powerful pills. Pure signs of an intel hit, not to mention the waterboarding.
