It makes it hard for your opponent to figure out what move you're using at the time. So he can't just sit there crouch-blocking cuz Chipp has easy overheads via short jump-ins, not to mention the ability to teleport behind you and hit you while you're blocking the wrong way.
Overconfident as in the player, not the character right? Because from the looks of it, Chipp was fighting a really bad Johnny user. Not to mention the Chipp user was a tad bit repetitive w/ alpha blade. But hey, it worked on someone who just didn't know any better.
chip used alpha blade too much......asides from that i saw some pretty interesting chip combos......what should have been done is a beta blade then Rcancel to a combo that ended in a alpha blade....

The spin hes talking about happens around the 18 second mark where Chipp does Alpha Blade and does the second hit which causes his opponent to spin to the other direction.
i guess they took out that "spin" out of reloaded. im taalking about when chip uses alpha blade's second hit, sometimes the opponent spins from it, but i cant recal seeing that happen in reload.
yeah chipp is good and the alpha blade is a good finish to combos so dont be dissin it yous couldnt do better lol anyhu slayer is the good character he is crazy easy to use!!!
I wasn't dissing his alpha blade at all. (I think My first comment was deleted) I was just curious about the spin after the 2nd hit...when it takes place. but ppl already answered it. (oh, 7 months ago,lol)

Chipp is almost invisible when strikes a big combo.
If a skilled player start a combo with Chipp, it will end when the opponent is dead.
But my favourite char is Sol Badguy. He deals great damage and he is fast. :D

The Johnny blows, and the spin only happens if the first hit doesn't connect or the second hit hits the enemie's back.

I don't think so...but then again I'm not to sure about what spin you're talking.
Air recovery is to easy to perform but I'm guessing you took Johnny's dust attack as a spin since it really looks like he's spinning.
