just watched the movie and it was great! I really saw maynard in a different perspective. That part where he talks about his mother was touching. his dad also appears in the movie if you havent noticed.

ahhh schism! that's my default song to play when i pick up a bass, sadly, i've managed to make some of my friends sick of it, but they're not tool fans anyways. ( the fools!)

I never hugely liked just listening to Tool, but I seem to appreciate them more while watching their videos :P I think it's because it's 2 art forms that sit side by side so perfectly and the outcome is always interesting.

I do find it pretty interesting to see band members (particularly from metal bands, visual kei, thrash etc) outside of a gig/music video environment though :)

Tool..they are just mindblowing...psychedelic..one of the best bands out there..and Lateralus is one of the best songs ever released..anyway..I'll check it out sometime..thanks :D
