Killer job, Jeff! Top notch. That ought to sell some gigs.
I'm in the process of creating my own as well, and yours gave me a few ideas. Even though it's to be embedded on your site, I'd still include contact info, because you can use this just about anywhere, and can even throw it on a DVD to use as a handout.
Still, great job. Probably much better than my first try will be...

its a great marketing tool, that can be placed in any online directory or forum. And I think it makes enough of an impact to the viewer that would surely remember the phone number or website.
