  • Why hasn't there been a silver bullet cure for acne yet?

  • A pimple vacuum!! I need one!

  • coool they do this every day all day!!!!

  • Im on the weird side of Youtube again

  • but it is going to turn into blackheads

  • I want one of those lol

  • I woule love to pop pimples for a living.

  • uhh wow this is crazy.. haha

  • This doesn't treat the underlying cause of the problem. The acne will just come back again!

  • @SpeshDJ Not necessarily, the actual "Isolazing" of the skin helps remove anything caught in the pores, while sterilizing them at the same time, which definitely helps prevent future break-outs. While Isolaz treatments are wonderful for the treatment of current and active Acne, Fraxel laser treatment are the best way to provide a permanent change to the way the skin functions.

  • i want that toool.

  • I almost hurled it was soooo freakin gross I had to turn away!

  • @Misbehave11 It wasn't that bad. And you must have been watching other videos like this to even get here :P

  • hah tell me this job wouldnt be awesome!

  • What a fun job

  • I hope that i will not hav pimples foreva!Btw,this peron is like teaching us!;)

  • I need to have this done

  • She needs to shave (not Naomi - she's hot)

  • This is my fantasy job!

  • This must be such a satisfying job.

  • I wish she was my mom i would be acne free

  • Id love it if this was my job! I know alot of people find this stuff gross, but i think its so interesting!

  • she is very attractive

  • Hi I am a bodybuilder with 20 inch arms and 500 pound bench press. Can I get the job for bursting the pimples? I'm very qualified I can squeeze every single drop of water out of a watermelon

  • I could watch this all day.

  • STOP TALKING AND START SQUEEZING!!

  • Is there anywhere that i could buy the light/extracter/ thingey?

  • i would love to try that machine to suck some out, the sudden jolt of having sucked the pimple out

  • best job ever

  • Must be in the hunderds to get it removed.

Aye. By the way, I believe I have something not akin to a cyst, but it is stuck in my left index finger, first section going from the hand to the finger nail. As far as my father has told me, (He is a licensed neurologist) it isn't really anything harmful. In fact, it has actually shrunk last year. (It has been with me since August 2010.) But it is still there. Any ideas on what to do with it?

  • Makes you think, if that hair wasn't being shaved, and was allowed to grow out naturally, would that help the skin? Probably some hair plucking or home electrolysis going on. For hair removal, the best way has got to be the lazer. But the worse acne I've ever seen was from messing with the way things want to be in the first place. Picking, plucking, etc.

  • Where can I buy this.

  • This looks fun! I'm about to say screw criminology! I want to be a dermatologist! But I like criminology better than my compulsion (I have OCD) to pop zits!

  • OMG this is my god damn dream job

  • This looks painful but I don't mind trying. LOL.

  • omgosh I'm just 16 now and seeing this i can admit i really can want to be a dermatologist :) btw this woman is some sorta legend at pimple extracting, i guess :D

  • My mommy's a nurse and she has one of these!!! xD

  • does it hurt?

  • @XDarkXFearX The laser treatment itself does not hurt, but the manual extractions can sometimes be uncomfortable.

  • Is the patient coscience?

  • i think shes enjoying it too much but then again so am i...

  • does this leave you with scars ?

  • @milmao897 Not when done correctly-- and Naomi does everything with extreme caution so as to avoid any scarring.

  • I want that laser o.O

  • your machine is cool ..... but... so your saying we cant pop our own pimples???? our brains wont let us???

  • @pootang47 What she meant was, when using an extractor-- it is difficult to force your body to do something that can be painful for extended periods of time. And, thanks! We think the Isolaz is pretty cool too. :)

  • @cosmoskincare ohh ok , i live in AUSTRALIA, and had pimples for 20+ years, i always pop them or get my fiance (whos a nurse) to help pop the hard to reach ones, but yeah i only passed out once from pain, that was cause it was a boil though, and i didnt know how much would come out lol

always wanted one of these machines when i was in school lol

    =)

  • is this expensive

  • What is really disturbing is that i watched the whole video while eating a sandwich and didn't even realise it until a few minutes after,i was like WTF did ijust eat wile watching puss and infected dead mater being squied out of someone face i'm a sick mofo

  • @jozsefkacsa That was funny! I couldn't watch it anymore after seeing that puss in that big zit! Good for you!

  • I want one of those machines!

  • i like the peel off skin treatment better lesser pricking and but i did look like a tomato for a week but everything from blackheads to white heads and pimples was peeled away but it cost me alot

  • Is the person asleep?

  • @jdgunny No, she is completely awake. (The treatments only cause minor discomfort.)

  • so her job is to pop pimples?

  • @GershonB15 Popping pimples is just one aspect of what she does... her job is to help her patients get rid of persistent, resistant acne, so that they can finally have the perfect, clear skin they deserve and want.

  • USING TECHNOLOGY

  • @ZeldaFrEaK21354 Lol, right !

  • This was awesome

  • @MultiHellojohn Holding a phone to your cheek can cause this too. Try alternating sides, using a bluetooth, and wiping your phone down with rubbing alcohol.

  • Watching this make me sleepy. lol

  • how do you keep that laser from getting bacteria since the actual machine is touching the skin

  • @bobrose1970 The flash of the laser kills any active bacteria that is on the skin, or that has gotten on the tip of the laser. As an extra precaution, the Isolaz tips are thoroughly cleansed between each use.

  • will it blend?

  • @MultiHellojohn Without seeing you in person, it is hard to determine for sure, but my guess is that you probably sleep on your right side? Since your face is mashed up against your pillow case for hours on end, there are a few things you can do to help your skin while you sleep: always go to bed with clean hair (anything in your hair gets on your pillow, and then gets on your face), a clean face, and a clean pillow case. (High thread-count, 100% cotton pillowcases are the best for your skin.)

  • Um, excuse me, I would like to know how how much it would cost to get like acne scars removed? I have like 2-4 pimples, small ones though, but i mostly have scars on both sides of my cheeks. Do you know how much it would cost for a procedure for this in the state of Georgia ?

  • @leoneallday Hi, in our practice we have found that Fraxel laser treatments are the best for erasing all signs of acne and acne scarring. I have no idea what theses treatments might cost in Georgia, however I would recommend going to Fraxel's website, finding some good local providers, and calling a couple to get an idea of cost. Good luck!

  • I'm absolutely serious about this.

I would LIKE to do this as a career.

Where do I start, and what classes can I take?

    I find pimples fascinating.

    -Nichole

  • @xsoulxofxthexnightx Hi Nicole, I love your enthusiasm! Your first step would be to find out what the requirements are to be an aesthetician in the state you live in, and then find out which schools are close to you. Once you have your aesthetician's license, locate nearby businesses that offer these treatments, and see if you can work with them so you can get as much experience and practice as possible.

  • I SO want to do her job - how satisfying is that!!!!

  • My dream job!!!!! :D

  • i would love to do this for a living , like you have no idea! what is this profession called?

  • How much does a procedure like that cost on average? (I apologize if the question has been asked before, I admit I did not read all comments...)

  • Umm ewww

  • This is awesome... where would I go to get something like this done?? What is your professional title? I can't look "pimple popper" up in the yellow pages lol. Are a dermatologist? Would I need to go to a beauty salon? Where?

Also, I don't have bad acne, but I do have a lot of blackheads. Would something like this help me?

  • i thought we'd have flying cars by now. instead, we have this incredible device

  • how can she have the stomach to do this ?? it almost makes me trow up

  • I think you are doing great work but your camera person is shockingly bad. Is it the same person filming each video because they don't seem to know how focus the image.

  • @Redniftcaf Thank you for the feedback, but unfortunately it is the camera that automatically focuses itself-- and depending on how close we are trying to zoom in, or how fast things are moving, the camera doesn't always focus itself quickly enough, or properly. (Sorry for any viewing inconvenience, we are only trying to share some of the interesting things that take place in our office on a daily basis, and we know our videography skills are far from perfect!)

  • @cosmoskincare i think you turn auto focus off then focus it youself

  • @makoshark40 Thanks, I'll try that next time!

  • @cosmoskincare no prob though im not to shure if your camera will do it or no

  • @cosmoskincare, just about every video camera has an override. For professional videography, manual is used almost always. Auto anyhing, including auto focus, is almost never used.

  • i dont touch my pimples and when the head gets white/yellow it pops by itself i dnt sratch or squeez them but after the pimple dies i get a redmark behind how can i make them dissapear fast!!????

  • this lady asking the question is so rude..

  • You know, I never thought about the blood and fluid that comes after the pus still being infected. No wonder pimples come back.

  • the one asking questions sounds rude!

  • @wetr1234 You are the second person to comment on that, but she wasn't trying to be rude at all! (She was only trying to ask the questions that we thought the average viewer might have. At the time of shooting, no one involved thought that anything asked was rude.)

  • @cosmoskincare maybe her tone had me to misunderstand.

  • I have pimples, can you milk me?

  • @diggs59 Yes Focker, I believe we could. ;)

  • Comment removed

  • @cosmoskincare just love you for that one

  • @cosmoskincare i have pimples on the corners of the top of my head. They feel alot diffrent, and there bigger. how do i get rid of them and how do i even get them i shower at least 2 times a day

  • @MyYankees19 There are a lot of ways you can get pimples, despite frequently washing. (Very frustrating, I know.) Problem areas at the hair line could be from hair products, wearing hats that have collected dirt & oil along the inside brim, or excessive perspiration. Without being able to see you in person or talk to you to get a feel for your lifestyle, it is hard to recommend a course of action specific to your skin needs. Please visit the Isolaz website to find a professional in your area.

  • Question-it appears the female patient has been shaving parts of her face, could that be the cause or a contributing factor in her skin condition?Just curious.

  • @napalm940 You are totally right-- if you watch part 2 to this video, I believe that very topic is addressed. It's not the shaving itself is contributing to the acne, but the thick hair follicles can help anchor the bacteria inside the pore, making it that much harder to eradicate.

  • @cosmoskincare Thanks for answering my question. You are obviously very educated and compassionate in your work.Who knows,I may be back with more questions.lol.Have a great day.

  • Any way you look at it your popping zits. There is no machine in the world that is going to work better than two fingers. I just wish I could get PAID for doing it. Most of those suckers would have been done by now instead of just one massacred! lol

  • @carmy60 Darlin', you can get paid! Become an aesthetician! And I bet you'd be a great one! But seriously, I am amazed that she didn't factor in the inflammatory properties of sebaceous fluids as to why it was still swollen an looked like the lesion she was attacking had "more in it". I would have left it alone and not spent that much time on it by far. And the machine? Waste of time.

  • Hi @megyerdon , the reason the one pimple looked so inflamed is addressed in Part 2...

You are entitled to your opinions obviously, but there are thousands of previous acne sufferers who would disagree with you about the Isolaz acne laser being ineffective, everything that the laser is doing (killing any remaining bacteria, and promoting faster healing) is not necessarily visible at the time of treatment.

  • Hey @carmy60 -- when people try to "pop" their own pimples, they often end-up [unintentionally] pushing the infected material deeper into their skin, and failed "poppings" are the leading cause of acne scarring. The one cystic pimple that was shown treated here may have looked messy at the time, but instead of taking weeks to fully heal on it's own, it was resolved in a couple days. Our acne patients are our #1 evangelists, because they have never been able to achieve the results we produce.
