no it doesn't, most chain driven clocks have just westminster, and you can tell by the strike it does not have seperate rods for the strike, which all triple floor clocks do.
i think 87% is a little high, but in referring to this clock I can tell you with confidence its a Howard Miller chain driven clock and it does not have triple chime, an experienced clock collector would know.
So what if the case is howard miller? from this angle all you can tell is that its a 94cm movement and it plays westminster, the real question is wether its a Keieninger, Hermle, Urgos or Jauch ( considering that Howarrd Miller Co used all of them, oh and by the way, you cant tell if its a triple from this angle nor is your "87% of clocks made from 1979 to 2000" acurate, its about 50/50
