Okay I need to Come Clean. I'm Canadian. and Last monday i was hit by a car, I was in a state of Unconsciousness . While being put into the Ambulance. I forgot My Health Card. so the Emerg. workers Called the ministry and Got my Number. a Number that is available to Every citizen . and i was released a day later. you see Free healthcare Gives Me this very simple thing. and i didn't need to Fill out any reports. I dont understand how so many of you can really be this uneducated. What she meant was that she didnt know what was in it because they were still negotiating many parts of the bill and they didnt have a final draft to pass on to the Senate. She didnt mean what many of you are thinking at all. The House had to agree on many aspects of the bill and she had no idea of what would be in and what would be out as they have not agreed at that time.

She wasn't even addressing the "congress" but rather NACO and she was referring to the fact that there are so many controversies and prevarications spewed by some people that has impeded the bill to be assessed fairly. So she was hoping after the passage and "away from the fog of controversy," you (NACO or whoever's listening to her speech) could impartially examine the bill without distortions levied against certain provisions.
