From what I've heard, the only good thing happened in this comic was a fight between Hercules and a clone of the Thor, which ended Hercules bashing the clone's head and mocked it saying "Thou arn't Thor."
Ok, so the Naruto Universe is kinda set up like what Tony would've wanted. People know who has superpowers and those individuals are monitored and given jobs that both use their abilities and where they can stay loyal to their country. However, we can see how that really doesn't work all that well. So, basically, SHRA would have failed epically and caused global world war...Fun for the whole family.
Do we even know what Tony wanted, I heard no of the writers could agree on what the Registration act entailed and varied simply having to reveal one's secret identity to being a draft.

Lol while these guys wer fighting each other Hulk was busy fighting his ass off as a gladiator but then becomes king of a plannet and what did eather side acompish in the end of there war? NOTHING so i vote hulk ftw and btw if hulk had came down as green scar durring secret invasion (like when it was starting to get realy bad) the entire serise would have lasted half as long as it did.
