You can help Africa move forward by halting western economic imperialism. Community centers are not going to do it for a continent reeling from pillaging by European savages. White people still ant to behave as if stagnation in places like Africa is cultural rather than political and economic because ultimately Europeans are racists who do not have the capacity to value any perspective but their own.
