She didnt do a very good job...You always start from the top and work your way down since the top of the cage is always the cleanest and the bottom dirtiest. Also you have to clean the bars because cats love to rub up on them so they cat get those very dirty. I know when i worked at a kennel we would have gotten into some trouble for doing it like this.
