Mygosh, where did it happen??!? Here in Brazil, maybe in about 350 years we will have such urban consciousness and citizenship spirit, not earlier. Congrats for being such a civilized and well educated person.
Oh and just so you know, he doesn't have to be going fast. That is a camper window that breaks. Notice him picking up the locking arm? Those things open and close on their own sometimes and the force of going over the bump probably caused it to slam and shatter. No car window would break that way.

If the canopy window wasn't latched, it's easy for it to open and slam shut. The glass in those isn't safety glass.
It didn't look like he was going any faster than the rest, but it was hard to tell in fast motion.
Give that guy props for coming back and sweeping it up. I would have went out to help him.
