You are most likely shifting your weight to the back of the board as you pop. Try to have about 50-50 weight distribution and/or slightly more on your front foot(whichever works for you). Slightly more, not a significant ammount.

@1mill2 yeah, u gotta twist your front foot forward when you tre. so when ur flicking ur tre, twist ur foot as u flick forward. if u do it right, it'll make the board spin right under u and it should slap its front bolts right into ur front foot. just make sure to leave ur front foot out there to let it do that.

I used to have my Tre-flips realy good.. but since i got my new deck.. i have real trouble with them... i feel the flip way more in my ankle .. and it makes me throw my board more forward.. any help? ;3

Please reply back. you have pretty tight trucks. how do you 3 flip with tight trucks? its like impossible for me to get the scoop with the flip with tight trucks

@boxlover85 My trucks are about medium, I still like to lean turn but I don't like the wheelbite of lose trucks whe. Jumping down stuff.. Try loosening your trucks, mix it up keep trying new things and you'll find out what works for you :) also the scoop is easier if you pop them!

Great vids man!! On the mirror imaging for people that skate the other way.......if your brain can't understand how to do a trick from these videos, if your goody or regular, just give up. These videos are some of the best way to learn but to ask to mirror it is retarded cuz you should understand how from this wether you are goofy or regular. Let him keep making awesome stuff and please don't waste your time mirroring that would be a waste of your life.

try scooping your board a little more forward with your back foot so you land more in the middle instead of the nose.. hope that helped :)
