he transposed it in the key of Am7 so chords r:

Am7 D9 for intro (play around with the open b string on that Am7 to get the effect he did)

Then Am7 Em7 for the next part until the transition of Cm to D

The next chorus is Bm7 E9 repeated until Am7 C#m D

Maybe those chords aren't perfect but they are somewhere along those lines.
