Looks like Aremillariella to me! The early ones can be lighter - more yellow. Those look like the later ones.

Sure are! Better when younger. The stems aren't so great, though.
In my country they collect lactarius deliciosus and russula delica, I don't know if they grow in the US...

i think you are wrong on your assesment...just looked up armillariella mellea in the national society field guide to north american mushrooms and those mushrooms look nothing like these. Sorry
