I go to a KFM class every week and have done since March, so I can tell you for certain that the way Batman uses it the films is shocking, so Christian Bale must be terrible at it. In a proper 'street fight', if someone hits you in the face with a properly-thrown elbow that has 10 stone of that person's body weight behind it, you will not be getting back up. ;)
