  • great vid. it's never too much to emphasize how important footwork is.

  • those are just bottles no? I'm gonna use full bottles of beer that way you have more incentive not to knock them down, hahaha. For reals thought that looks good.

Hi Paulie, I should have made it clear in the description that the reason why we have called our club 'Cuban Boxing Academy' is because our head coach is Cuban. He's spent over 14 years learning his trade in Cuba.

  • @cubanboxingacademy that's a good idea more trainers should have there boxers do that it's easy to set up too

  • @cubanboxingacademy

Wow thats a great tribute to the Coach ! ! !

I wish you and the Club along with the Coach the Best ..

Looking forward to seeing Champions come from your Gym ! ! !

  • Great vid, thank's! What's the name of the song please???

  • @jcgax70

Thanks for the nice comment. The song is Viva Cuba Terry Devine-King

  • @cubanboxingacademy Thank's it's a nice rythm, and the video is very illustrative, keep up the good work!. :D

  • It does seem hard to pick up on it. :S You should make a sort of step by step video on how to start it off and so on. I wouldnt mind learning how to do it and also improve my footwork. :)

  • that seems difficult to pick up at first but appears to be very useful

  • some old guy in my gym once told my coach to put la estrella for my footwork I guess this is what he was talking about lol
