Well for starters the guy was small and not a threat. There were a half dozen officers present which should make it easier to take a person into custody.
@Flickyhecky Did you not notice the team that went in and grabbed him while he was incapacitated? What video were you watching? I didn't see any representatives from Taser....I saw deputies and medical personnel. Oh, I also saw a guy being taken into custody without anyone being harmed.
