He won't lose his voice, he knows how to scream correctly, he took lessons from Melissa Cross the Goddess of metal and thus knows how to do it without putting unhealthy stress on his throat and vocal chords, he can do it all day and the only reason he'd be hoarse would be from over use, but that happens when you talk too much in a short period of time too

There ARE better musicians out there, but I don't think anyone in the genre of metal beats them out in style. For best metal drummer alive, it would be a close call between Chris Adler and Mike Portnoy. Blythe's vocals are insane, I'd tie them with Phil Anselmo in terms of epic'ness, but they are two different styles of metal, so a direct comparison really doesn't work. Same with the drummers. Oh, and yeah, the guitarwork is amazing.
