The music and instrument are beautiful, but why not try playing on a keyless 18th century instrument to get closer to the sound of the original music''?
It´s more difficult to do although.

@mrmolinodelahoz holliger used an open keyed oboe sometimes actually so he might have even used it here or thought it sounded better on a current oboe, which i think most people would agree with lol
