That's probably way too low, but some are much shorter some much longer, so let's go with it. The purpose of these videos is advertisement, i.e., they're supposed to convert views into further donations. Assume a 1:100 rate of conversion, which I again think is optimistic, and an average donation of $50... In other words, this is pissing money away.
Hm. This video seems to have more women than men (focus more on female students than male) and not a single Asian (other than the one shot of a lecturer) ...

They've already raised 3 billion dollars, I think they have at least the slightest clue what they're doing.
