i jus gave some to my cat same stuff and hes my best friend and he was fine 2 days ago and now he is on his death bed i didnt have the money to have him stay over night so im wachen him now and if hes not better in 32 hours i have a choice to make and hes ben by my side for 9 years i hope he pulls through at of all the people in this world hes the one person who has never fucked me over ever so i agree DESTROY HARTZ THOSE FUCKING RAT BASTURDS THEY AL NEED TO DIE CAUSE MY BEST FREIND IS DIEING!!!

I have been watching the videos about hartz our stores does not carry it for cats ihave two dogs one has allergic to every flea treatment we and vet has tried exept for hartz but for her we are look at a oral pill our other dog who is 7 has been using the hartz since she was a puppy and have never had a promblem we are going natral for them
Maybe a small portion of animals experience this "reaction" - but I see many videos and even websites devoted to this issue - so it must be a Governmental corruption type thing - where the pesticide maker makes so much money that they "lobby" the F.D.A. or whatever - who then gives them a pass, etc... ( think big pharma - like that ) Dollar signs before safety it would seem. I mean a product that causes literal brain damage in the animal in an attempt to get rid of Fleas - is bizarre.
I put Hartz Ultraguard plus ( 5# or more ) on my Cat - and he is a big cat - which in a way is a lucky thing - as he had twitching - and shaking his head - and then drooling - and discharge from his eyes - pinkish/bloody - and general lethargy for about a day. It is 24 hours later now and he seems like he will survive - but I will never buy this product again - ( Wal-Mart ) - purchased assuming it was at least tolerable and wouldn't make my Cat sick. I had no idea it would do this.
