wat is a tilly and do i need sniper specialization (up to new gun) to use it.

@abaue562 sadly no, the friend that did it was saying something about him logging in on my ps3 and the coldfront pack would download to mine because it would be necessary for them to supply it because his account has that function available to him, then i moved to Fl (from MI) and don't have internet yet here, so i can't do it. I've heard stories about that being a myth though, I've also heard from some guys that they move the download to usb or something like that and upload it from there.

@JohnThePheonix ya i use to do the flashdrive way on PS2. but havent found anything like that on ps3. do u have the pack on your account? or ur friend? if so, change the password and give me the email and password so i can download it to my ps3. then wen thats done u just change the password back. that would be awesome!
