  • Cyclists think they own the road

  • People are THICK

    get use to it

  • cyclists are reckless. like see this guy in the vid. the cars stop for pedestrians but the boss with his shitty bike cant stop and has to ring like an idiot and drive trough all. i would take you down and you probably be the first person who eat a bike.

  • the cyclist's behaviour is just plain selfish and aggressive. If he keeps riding like that he will eventually hurt some innocent child or elderly person.

  • its funny how you want the pedestrians and other car user to respect you while you stop the video just before you run the red light. i am all about bikes as a hobby but for going to your office it just doesnt work. Think about your coworkers having to smell your sweat and hear you bitch about the pedestrians or the cars on the street. you wanna be fast and eco friendly? ride the bus or the subway. and seriously stop ringing your fucking bell like a hysterical child.

  • oh well, obviously 99% of people born in big cities can´t deal with the circumstances of big cities, crossing the road WITH THE BACK TOWARDS TRAFFIC***

but normally the eyes are NOT on the BACK but in the FRONT part of the head, called "face"

and if there had been an accident, the pedestrian would have been charged, ´cause they ran into running traffic, for there is this special cyclists-lane on witch actually accured running traffic, despite standing cars

  • Light was red the pedestrians 'allowed' to cross between stopped cars.. well in australia at least ;)

  • @LiverpoolfcEPL

This is part of the problem, people will cross between stopped traffic near but not on crossings and forget to look out for bikes.

  • YOU give way to predestrians stick that bell up your arse

  • @611unterscharfuhrer

You check the road is clear before stepping into it.

  • @611unterscharfuhrer Pedestrians have got a side walk you moron

  • I loll'd at the cow mentality of the Pedestrians. Kudos for you, having a bell and using it.. ME, I would want a friggin Air Horn !! A cyclist, in London, one of the most over crowded places in the damned UK, with a lot of brain idled pedestrians and even more brain dead Bus drivers!!! And you CYCLE IT !! ... My Friend, I say this to you. BALLS OF STEEL ! You Haz Em ;) ... Stay safe and don't let these negative keyboard bashers get in yer way ;)

  • @AbzWayne

Thanks for your comment! I've no idea what was with these pedestrians that morning, never had so many people just walk right out in front of me before or since. Think the air horn might be overkill tbh. Cycling in London is no problem, you just have to stay focussed, especially at junctions and crossings. London bus drivers a some of the best behaved towards cyclists I've shared the roads with too btw. Stay safe yourself!

  • Another faggot cyclist that thinks he owns the road. 1. Buy a fucking vehicle. 2. THE LIGHT WAS ON RED

  • @ZackValentine

well he does not own the road, but the cyclist lane

do you jump on lanes without watching? well that´s you own fault

wouldn´t you be pissed off when you´re driving on the highway with your car and people jump on it???

and of course, if all the cyclists would switch on cars or motorbikes, the airpollution would be much higher...i guess you ever heard of pullution dude?

    think ´bout that man

  • You cut the video at the end because it shows you running the red light? Didn't look like you were about to stop to me.

  • @fightnight1989

My commute is 15 miles each way every day into Central London. There are 78 traffic lights between my home and work. RLJing is silly, dangerous and illegal so I don't do it. A gain of a handful of seconds at the expense of risking life and limb day-in-day-out really isn't worth it. Better to ride swiftly when the road is clear and safe than to try making time by jumping the lights.

  • ding ding! ding ding! here i am!

  • I get using the bell to warnthe civi's but having a such a negative attitude to them like that will get you in trouble for sure.

  • @D0DGERA

I'd rather ring the bell and let folks know I'm there when they allow themselves to wander into the road without looking for traffic as opposed to have an accident. I really don't wish harm on anyone but remember, on a bike in a collision the rider will most likely get hurt too.

  • @kmcyc That's fine like i said, But in alot of cases people walking on the street are ignorant to dangers, ringing your bell is fine, just the negative attitude which could get you in trouble thats all, sure i know you probably see it all the time and it frustrates you but no need to get mad or negative about it.

  • @D0DGERA

I was neither "mad" nor "negative". Simply dis-believing that so many people utterly failed to recognise the fact that I was approaching, despite the effort I took to draw their attention.

  • you are an idiot, just cause your in a bike lane doesnt mean you can just ring your bell and expect everyone to get out of your way

  • @XxcoomiekidxX How is he an idiot? It's there fault if there in the lane not him. He doesn't have to wait for them.

  • @XxcoomiekidxX

No what I expect is that people crossing roads actually look before stepping into them, regardless of whether there's a cycle lane or not. Pedestrians have a requirement to check for traffic and to let it pass, not to blindly step into its path in the hopes that it will stop for them.

  • A cyclist with a bell, that's a first.

  • This way my daily Life! Dude you so need the Airzound horn (2nd video reply) its freaking awesome! 115db of pure air blasts you sound like a truck lorry people jump out of your way, motorbikes buses even lorries hear you. Best buy for any cyclist

  • @ElegantlyWasted04 Yeah! I bought one a week ago and use instead of shouting! I'd think twice before using on pedestrians though as its far more aggressive than a bell. If I really need to, I use very very short blasts (more like blips) as the 'volume control' on the Airzound is a joke!

  • i love it everybody arguing in the comments and videos. it makes me feel so lucky how my life is

  • lol @kmcyc i was cycling home here two days ago, and i got knocked off my bike by a woman pushing through the cars with here Honda car. Fortunately i only suffered a sore ankle but she just drove off.

  • @michaelvandromme

Going the other way though here in the evenings can be tricky for sure! The two lanes merging into one creating the traffic queues can be quite nasty. As it's a no right turn in that direction I often approach the lights on the RHS of both lanes but you do still have to watch for the odd driver who fails to notice the no right turn sign. If you are careful though it is an easier route to the ASL and ultimately to the bus lane once past the lights. Hope you're ok though!

  • What is the problem?

  • Public highways - we're also supposed to share the road with pedestrians. It's better to give them more time and space, else we're just as bad as the minority of car drivers who do that to us.

  • @CyclingMikey

    yeah you're right.

i think i'm guilty of ringing my bell at a a few pedestrians when i should have let them go.

it's partly a pride thing: i think "they're stepping out in front of me because they think bikes don't count."

time to let go of the pride give pedestrians a bit more slack.

  • @arushandapushand I'm not great TBH, I always try to be better towards pedestrians.

  • No offence, but Londen, (streets in general) look so ugly... :x

  • Maybe next im driving along a busy street and i see people trying to cross the road, ill just radomly start belting my horn as i drive along and see what happens. Why not?

  • @jamesunit19

Oh, do you drive an electric hybrid that people might not hear approaching then?

Bicycles are practically noiseless and that's why we use our bell to make an audible warning. Generally speaking, cars, especially those powered by petrol or diesel make plenty of running noise that folks can hear from a reasonable distance. Cars are also somewhat larger and usually easier to see than cyclists, people tend not to miss them so much being conditioned to look out for them when crossing.

  • @kmcyc Fair point, but beeping people activley out the way when there trying to cross the road and just riding into a crowd of people attempting to cross the road seems extremley rude to me. Maybe he should have just waited behind the van at 0:08, like everyone else.

  • @jamesunit19

And how many of those people actually looked at the road before I rang my bell? Have a read of Highway Code Rule 7. It's quite long but covers all the points of the Green Cross Code. Stop, look and listen are the main concepts. Not stumble blindly into the road and hope for the best. I gave an audible warning, as per Rule 66 and was fully prepared to stop should it be necessary to prevent an accident. Remember, I'm on a bike, so I'll get hurt too.

  • @kmcyc The highway code also states that road users should slow down and be prepared to stop if pedestrians are in the road. At no point does it ever say that it is okay to push past pedestrians who are crossing. Also, you are crossing the line between using an audible warning to signal your prescence and using one to bully other road users.

  • @mayhew1982

I had slowed down and was fully prepared to stop. I don't want to have an accident with anyone, I'm on a bike so I'll get hurt too but first of all I don't want to cause injury to others. I carried on ringing the bell because one after the other these people all failed to note my approach. This was not an attempt to bully people, it was an attempt to save them from harm.

  • @mayhew1982 The trouble is, ANY road user who causes a moving vehicle to brake sharply is guilty of careless driving/riding/walking. If a pedestrian caused injury to a cyclist as a result, they could be sued.

They have the right idea in Germany. These pedestrians would be had up for jaywalking and fined on the spot.

  • @kmcyc Does your bike have brakes?

  • @jamesunit19 Wear blinders much? You know, the ones horses wear? Don't understand what I am trying to say? Thought so.

  • @Trillion89 Whats a horse?

  • @jamesunit19 Maybe the pedestrians could have used the crossing and/or actually paid attention to what was around them...?

  • @jamesunit19

You, sir, are a fucking retard.

  • You should invest in an air horn :D. It'd provide for a wider variety of reactions i'm sure.

  • Wish gouverment made a law that prevents cyclist's to Bike on Busy City roads

  • @l12d88 Well seen as you can't spell or use correct grammar I suppose that renders your opinion invalid. Good day.

  • @l12d88

Think about that one for a moment will you? For each cyclist you see that's one less car in the traffic jam ahead of you. I'll give you some more info on this: my commute is 15 miles each way. I've driven it in no less that 100 minutes, yet I cycle it consistently in less than 60 minutes. Now, does it really make sense to you that cyclists should be banned from "Busy City roads"? One might argue that it's single occupant cars that should be banned. But it's your choice how you travel.

  • @kmcyc I've gotta admit if everyone who works somewhere that can be reached by using a bike and actually uses them (I admit I'm one who should really cycle into work).

Then the traffic would be immensely reduced and people including myself would be a lot healthier! :P

I used to cycle to work, but once you've got out of the habit, it's hard to get back into.

  • @l12d88 don't worry dude when Petrol hits £4 a litre and car insurance is unobtainable for pinheads like you. You will be on your Raleigh chopper on main roads as well...lovin every minute of it

  • More to the point you cut the video off just before you went through a red light. Clever.

  • @dontpannic

There are 78 traffic lights on my 15 mile each-way everyday commute. If they're red, I stop. There's little point taking silly risks for a few seconds on any journey. Google kmcyc rlj and you'll find plenty of videos where other road users, cyclists and drivers alike run red lights. I don't hold with cycling through reds but at least a rider won't go unless they check first. When a driver runs a red they're far more likely to kill than be killed.

  • apparently that bell did save you:p

  • For a moment there, I thought you were using your bell because your brakes were broken or not good enough, but no, just turns out you couldn't be bothered to slow down and give way to pedestrians. Riding a bicycle doesn't absolve you of being arrogant and impatient, nor does it give you a right to bully pedestrians, solely because they're the only road user more vulnerable than you.

  • @ajdubas And why should he? The pedestrians couldn't be bothered to wait a few seconds for him to pass; they, not him were the one's being arrogant and impatient, choosing to cross despite hearing his warning and seeing his approach. The bell was a polite warning.

  • @Ptchaw

Thanks for commenting. Some folks have suggested I get an airzound but to warn pedestrians I fell that would be too much; a bell is sufficient.

  • @kmcyc

Bells are not sufficient. I tried using one for a while. I have high frequency hearing loss, like many folks the wrong side of 50 and a bell – unless its a big f*cker is a waste of time.

I cycle in rural areas where dog walkers often need warning of my approach. All that happens with a bell is the dog hears it but not the walker. "Hello!" or "Good Morning" works and is much friendlier.

  • @bobbending

Yes fair point I suppose, not everyone might be able to hear a bell in every circumstance but in this case enough people were able to hear it and if any could not, they looked anyway in reaction to those who could. All of these people knew I was there, only some chose to carry on stepping into the road. You are right though about a call of "Hello" or similar, the voice is quicker, often louder and frees the hands to use the brakes if needed.

  • @ajdubas

My brakes are fine and I was fully prepared to stop if necessary thanks. But what of these people's road sense? Barely any of them bothered to look before stepping into the road. I used my bell in the traditional manner to warn them I was approaching, not to bully or intimidate but to avoid an accident. Next time it could be a prius or other near-silent car they fail to bother looking for. As for vulnerability, I would have been injured too had a collision occurred.

  • most of them people were no where near you . Calm down

  • @imawakeish

What's the point of giving a warning when it's too late for anyone to react to it?

  • jay walking should be illegal, just for the safety of pedestrians. theres a pedistrian crossing like 20 feet away yet they want to walk in-between traffic?

  • @puretroubleman

This sort of thing seems to happen more regularly the closer you are to a pedestrian crossing.

  • Life sucks eh/ Normal people doing normal things like crossing a road. Oh dear. Post it on You tube

  • @Saxoncloset

Normally, when crossing the road people take the time to look for traffic and wait until the road is clear before stepping into it.

  • that's funny ^^

  • Forget that little bell. Get a Stebel horn, and a 3S Li-Po battery from HobbyKing

  • @keroxene no, get a yachtsman's fog horn. No batteries, just compressed air and bloody loud.

  • get a fog horn they soon move when they think a train is coming

  • iam starting to hate bikers more and more after watching them all on youtube all they do is bicth an moan they think they own the fuckin roads

  • @my94holden They don't own the roads and are far more vulnerable than car drivers in a head to head...granted that some give the rest of us a bad name by riding like twats, but don't cast us all the same. At least this bloke is warning the pedestrians he is approaching, rather than just riding into them...they are crossing the road through traffic, rather than using proper crossings, so all fool them if they get flattened.

  • @my94holden

Nobody is perfect and everyone is prone to making mistakes. Only, when you aren't sitting inside a metal box, mistakes made by either party can have more of a lasting effect on the rider. These pedestrians for example made the mistake of not bothering to look before stepping into the road, or looking and ignoring an approaching cyclist. Like all road users, pedestrians have a responsibility to use the road safely too and that means actually looking for traffic before crossing.

  • What a losser, "Oh my word" you had to stop pedaling for 1 second.. Damm what a little bitch you are...

  • @601176005 He's not saying "oh my word..." because he had to stop pedalling, he's just expressing his disbelief at the danger the pedestrians are putting themselves and other road users in through their complete lack of awareness and consideration.

  • @601176005

I'd stopped pedalling for much longer than "1 second". I just could not believe the number of people willing to throw themselves into the road without really bothering to check that nothing was coming.

  • it's a red light. you're a wanker looking for trouble

  • @DIDDYCOMBS19 How do you figure that one? I'd say the people looking for trouble are the 20 odd pedestrians jay walking through traffic without looking...

  • @DIDDYCOMBS19 Like people in cars would stop and wait for them to cross. Oh wait, that's right, they don't. And crossing from behind a bus where they can't see is monumentally stupid.

  • @ChrisButchie Actually, lots of people do stop to let pedestrians cross. The majority of drivers are very nice indeed. Not stopping though, is the mark of intolerance. Public highways - they're not just for cars and bicycles.

  • @CyclingMikey Well,I never see that in Leeds then.

  • It's a red light, let them cross!

  • @alwaysallblacks they should use crosswalk

  • you should buy a air horn and use that seeing as they just ignore your bell :/

  • Manor Park haha, I was there a few days ago. I drive a vehicle that beeps when I reverse and I was reversing slowly for 15ft and somehow I run over 3 people who obviously were so deaf and stupid they decided to cross the road regardless...clowns

  • you seemed in an awful hurry just to get to a red light where you had to stop anyway.

    calm down!

  • OMG!!!!! HE STOPPED AT THE RED LIGHT!!!!! well this video must be fake XD lol

  • Well at least you were on the road and not the pavement. We all drive, all use a bike now and then and walk often but what really bugs me is being pinged by a cyclist whilst walking on the pavement.

  • hate it when they dont look

dangerous for them, annoying for me

  • Good that you used your twanger to save them people

  • Comment removed

  • Don't pedestrians already making their way across the road have right of way? Daft lady at the end though didn't bother to look.

  • Generally we're all hypocrites when it comes to traffic issues. If i were driving a car i wouldn't want to give way to every pedestrian waiting to cross the road, and when i'm a pedestrian i would still stand and moan that cars don't stop or slow down to allow me to cross.

Cycling is no different, Cyclist in this video perfectly in the right, but hell i'd still have complained to myself how he might have come close to hitting me lol, and on the other hand i'd be moaning just the same on a bike

  • Good man using your warning :)

  • @2wheelsteve

    Thanks!

  • @kmcyc We must install car horns on our bicycles, but the problem is the battery :) too heavy for my road bike ;)

  • @kmcyc If I were a pedestrian, I'd kick you off the bike! I hate those assholes of cyclists like you

  • @V6Franklin Then what? Run away?

  • @crackerstolemybike Why should I run away? I just hate this reckless driving by as the cycling!

  • Dinner time !!

  • @CycleNH Thanks dude, let me just point out! you are a girl coz u aint got any ballz to ride a motorbike, hence stick in your cycle and keep dreaming that your' flyin' coz you aint

  • @shahjahaAn pahaha badass...

  • @CycleNH regardless if the traffic has stopped, the pedestrians dont have supervision to filter through the bus and vans to see a teeny girly cyclist. cyclist shoudl be careful with her riding and also ride much slower, walking pace when undertaking. im afraid you are incorrect and a victim of racing through the streets, so grow up and get a bike licence instead

  • @CycleNH he is undertaking the traffic. illegal

  • I cycle past a busy town college everyday, and the amount of students that step off the kerb without looking is amazing. I've given up with the bell now and just shout at them. They pay more attention then.

  • @busog97641

Oh! Is that what they do? ;)

  • @kmcyc I should have not made that comment myself, like you don't know what they do, you have probably received more than I have ever read. ; > }

  • Wow, I started trying to "thumb down" all those who are pro pedestrians blundering into traffic without looking and anti cyclists politely tinging their bells, but there were just too many! Perhaps we need a managed retreat and to leave youtube for the ignorant trolls?

  • Mindless lemmings, every man jack! So close to a pedestrian crossing they must have been able to smell it, yet they still choose to blunder heedlessly into the road.

  • you love it when this happend just so you could feel like you're right

  • they are called lemmings, particullarly prevellant on peckam high st and anywhere with offices

  • Comment removed

  • @novourchin

Oh go on then I'd love to know, which traffic laws do you think were not complied with here then? The Highway Code is available on Direct Gov UK. Feel free to take a look if you've not read it recently. Then come back and suggest some rules you think were broken. Or you could just take a look around in the comments already exchanged with others on this video. I presume you think it is fine for people to simply wander into traffic without bothering to look at the road first?

  • @kmcyc i agree, but common sense isn't so common these days, this idiot is probably one of those who selfishly step out without thinking, the quicker they all get run over the better....happy new year lol

  • @kmcyc wow, you got me, I'll have to pack up and go home now, your wit and ability to zing people on the internets is unsurpassed and completely relevant to the world.

  • @kmcyc just like you think its alright to skip a red light

  • @novourchin Have you made the time to do the reading that was put-to-you? Or is that within your educational level?

  • @novourchin but he didnt? UK laws dude, lane splitting is perfectly legal and that green lane is a cycle lane. Also the bus was stopped so he was allowed to overtake him. Even if it wasnt , he still would have been within his rights to be in the right hand lane if he was turning right.

  • You need to wait with the rest of the traffic as it stops and slow down. Also, the bus was pulling out. You will cause an accident or be in an accident. Dont forget you are in charge of a vehicle.Take care!

  • @wirelessboiler

There's little point in riding a bike then if riders are to wait in traffic queues. The bus only managed one flash of his signal as I approached. Signalling doesn't mean, look out here I come! On a bike, you are always aware that mistakes by either yourself or others are likely to hurt all involved (unless of course the other party is a driver, in which case they are likely to walk away unscathed, leaving the rider seriously injured).

  • @kmcyc You still need to be careful or don't ride a bike!

  • @wirelessboiler

Yes, thanks for the advice. I'm well aware of the risks involved in riding a bike, I've been cycling for 15 years, since returning to the bike as an adult at the age of 25. Regardless of who makes the mistake, the rider will almost always receive injury and so generally speaking riders ride with that knowledge in mind.

  • So people are as ignorant in the UK as here in Sweden. Unbelievble how people can just wonder onto the street. That's why I don't feel sorry for them when i car hits them.

  • @mickymorrison When I drive and pedestrians are in my way I continue at the same speed and beep my horn repeatedly because they shouldn't be walking on the road. When I cycle I do the same. When I walk I just walk into people and shout at them to get out of the way because everyone walks slower than me.

  • thats how it works in london....u need to scare those pedestrians in order to make them stop.....they r zombies!!!

  • @LahiriTube

No, you don't "need to scare" pedestrians. But sometimes you need to remind them that you are there. It's not about terrorising people it's about warning them of your approach and preventing accidents.

  • @kmcyc hey dude trust me in some spots in london town u really need to shout well ahead.....u cant stop the flow unless u shout...just like with animals.

i know its not nice but there is little respect for pushbikers out there.

i mean what u want me to do ? risk an accident just because people are lazy to move theyr eyes??? or theyr head? there is already so much stress from cabs, busses, lobbys ecc....please atleast the pedestrians should consider to give some space......

  • Wow. Fuck you and your high and mighty attitude. Why should you not stop for pedestrians? Are they so beneath you, you can't wait an extra 2 fucking seconds? I hope someone seriously injures you one day.

  • @Murealism

So do you think it is right then, that these people allowed themselves to just wander into the road without bothering to look properly? I was ready to stop if it came to that to prevent an accident but the first thing to do is provide an audible warning, which I did by ringing my bell in the traditional manner. Everyone has a responsibility to use the road safely and these people seemed to have forgotten that.

  • @Murealism ignorant fool, would you just expect a car stop in the road if a pedestrian decides that it wants to cross the road anywhere they please. No! Man up.

  • @Murealism Them People who text while walking and don't look left or right when crossing the road.

I run them over if nothing telling me to stop red light etc.

Do u know how hard it is Riding over 50 mile's every other day,and have to stop for every idiot who is not aware of there surround's.

----------------------Im on point so why can't other people be the same?------------------------------

  • @Murealism I'm totally with you on this.

"OH MY WORD" after he rides straight through pedestrians, without slowing, expecting them to move out of way as if he's an ambulance.

    Cheeky disrespectful cunt.

Get a louder bell and don't act and ride like an arrogant arsehole.

  • Comment removed

  • @Murealism It's the cyclist's right of way here, not the pedestrians'. I hope you read the Highway Code one day.

  • id knock you off your bike if you started ringing your little bell at me

  • @2011louloulou

Can I ask if you have ever been unfortunate enough to have been hit by a cyclist? It often hurts the rider just as much as the person they hit. Isn't it better therefore that if a cyclist sees you step into their path without looking that they provide you with some sort of audible warning of their approach? You know, to prevent an accident?

  • you know its romford road when you see the army and navy store.

  • @tlogic2007 jheeeze dunno

  • Consumed with the thought of yourself as a victim of other peoples arrogance much??

  • romford road dunno

  • @Mathsneek

This is Romford Road, you are quite correct.

  • wanker on a bike thinks he owns the road....... arsewipe

  • grow up you fucking baby, you get to work early, you stay fit,you save on petrol money, you dont waste time in traffic, and you still have a cry about pedestrians walking past you with plenty of room??

THIS IS ENGLANG... you would not last a day in australia, you would be the type to whinge even riding on empty roads...

  • What the fuck are you all about?, why not leave those nice people alone you fucking menace

  • lol

    oh my word

  • the point of this video is what exactly? filming bad pedestrians is perhaps the most pointless thing in the world and slightly screams of malicious compliance.

  • pedestrians in the wrong, not even looking, the cyclist has every right to expect them not to just step out in the road at him.

  • @thomasblackshire

Thank you. Yes it seems that these people forgot their green cross code that morning.

  • omg another ingnorant cyclists...i was crossing the street once and some bitch on a bike said, "im gunna hit you" in a bitchy voice, even though their were no cars and she was well away.

  • @dilljr124666

Did you look before you stepped into the road? If you did then great. Cyclists aren't always easy to spot and folks often believe they only travel at walking pace. Perhaps the warning you received wasn't really appropriate but at least you were alerted to the rider's approach.

  • @kmcyc yeah i looked and thier was a cyclists a ways away, it was a few years ago so i cant recall how far, but by the time a walked to the other side of the road, she was alot closer, she saw that i was crossing the street and it was also by a crosswalk....this was in canada b.c....

  • @dilljr124666 should have shouted back " im gunna fucking hit you first"

  • @fitzee14 hahah yeah, i was so shocked she said that, and then she was too far away

  • ding ding ding ding ding

  • You should buy the airzounds horn, very loud that would shift them

  • @01132436606

An airzound would have been wholly inappropriate. They're designed to warn drivers who would not be able to hear a bell.

  • @kmcyc You just need to tap the airzound to warn them and not fully let it off like you do with drivers.

  • @QRhuggies

Hmm, thanks for the info. TBH, in the 15 years I've been cycling I have found that reading the road and looking out for risks before they become a problem has served me well enough. I have considered getting an AirZound from time to time but the thought of letting off such a noise every time has put me off. I may yet reconsider.

  • @kmcyc It can be turned down quite a bit and would be lot louder than a bell and would not be ignored by dozy pedestrians and as for inappropriate what a load of rubbish if you want warn people of your presence a bell on a busy road dose not work

  • @mickymorrison

cars make noise anyway so they don't need to beep.

bikes are quiet to they need to ring bells etc. for people to hear them.

  • This shows that you should LOOK before you cross the road. The cars have stopped, but there's clearly a cycle lane there.

  • @Skable001

Thanks for the comment. These people forgot their green cross code.

  • You impatient prick, you have no insurance, no tax but you think you own the road. And before you start whingeing, I cycle 10 miles each day to and from work. It's C**nts like you who make cycling a pain in the arse at times.

Nice one. You play the insurance and tax card then trump yourself by telling me you cycle every day to work. FYI my daily round-trip cycle commute is 30 miles, I have cycle insurance and own a Band K car so pay the highest rate of VED for car owners. Not that that has anything to do with actually LOOKING at the road before you STEP INTO IT as you cross.
