As firefighters for Dennison Fire in Tuscarawas Co. back in the late 80's, my buddy and I "cut our teeth" at Sta. 1, with 1 Unit and later on, graduated to Sta. 2, 1 Unit. The guys were great and we enjoyed every minute running with them. Thanks to Lt. Peck, who took us under his wing the first few times we came down. He educated us on the fine art of sliding down the pole! Shake the cobwebs before sliding and get out of the way after you hit the pad!
