  • You are still a great inspiration . Good luck with marathon training. I am 54 years old. I have ran 8 marathons and lots of halfs. I know you can do it. Just increase your mileage slowly. Add an extra mile each week. Try an get in some hill training. That really helps. Good luck.

  • I can really relate to what you are talking about with becoming comfortable and relaxing and not wanting to exercise when you have developed a routine. I am feeling that way right know and all I can say is thanks for this video and I will work on re-energizing myself. Let’s keep it moving

  • i think beating yourself up can hurt your attitude on your journey...just keep pushing and you will get there

  • I just love ur videos. You are such an inspiration to me. You look good as always.

  • Great attitude!!! Keep up that awesome attitude. Love Janine

  • Making yourself and your employer know that balance is important to you is a good practice to get into early in your career. Good employers appreciate those who care for themselves, it makes for a happier employee. And someone who doesn't call out sick alot, use up insurance $ and set a good example for the other employee's. Good for you asking about getting out early for your class!

  • You're comfortable in your tiny jeans. Because you're a bad ass. Hence the half marathon we're going to kick the shit out of in Manitoba. *insert "duh" emoticon and the freshly-patented "B.U.H." emoticon - because it's still funny. ;)

  • Glad to see your not giving up!! Keep Pushing!
