The tape is a fake & not accurate. .
The top officials from S4, AREA 51 would not so be careless to have some employee make a copy just to prove to the world that aliens exist. They would have confiscated the tape within seconds just like they did on the september 11 attacks when the "missing" plane HIT the pentagon.
