  • очень приятное и милое исполнение! спасибо!!!

  • great music!maestro ragossnigis the best!a wonderful duo,

  • Thank you, lute 323!

  • Who wrote the words to this song? Was it Schubert himself or someone else?

  • Wilhelm Muller did.

  • @lute323 Muller wrote Mullerin

  • Love it!

  • Hey! I have recorded that song as well, it is of course a very humble version of a Rock musician, but maybe you like it too!

Hallo, schaut euch mal meine Version an, sie ist natürlich nicht so anspruchsvoll, aber vielleicht gefällt sie ja dem ein oder anderen!

  • you can download the sheet music

for this and other schubert songs at musica viva. original sheet music from schubert's time.

you can also by modern version for guitar.

  • Thank you for your information.

I have this transcritions for voice and guitar by Konrad Ragossnig and John W Duarte. I and my voice partner may try these Schubert songs in the near future.

  • is someone having the partiture for guitar? would like to exercise this :)

  • Suppa lied XD

  • Does anyone know if this guitar transcription (or any other) is published or available in any way? I'm a tenor who loves to sing Schubert, and I'd love to perform with a guitar!

  • this transcription of Die Schone Mullerin is published by Schott Music.

  • As thanksmoo mentioned Franz Schubert Die schoene Mullerin arranged for guitar from the original piano part by Konrad Ragossnig and John W Duarte is available from Schott.

  • @pagerbear

Yes I have the guitar transcription; it's published by Schott.

  • well great to have this!!!!!

does someone have video of Konrad Ragossnig playing i would love to see it!!!! a great player there must be some video footage that some has some where

  • I am afraid to say that Konrad Ragossnig is completely forgotten in youtube. This is one of the reason why I uploaded this video. I am sure that his videos exist somewhere since this Schbert's duo with Peter Schreier was televised in our country. I attended solo concert of Ragossnig which I felt unsatisfactory, but in duo and chamer music he is a very talented musician.

  • i will see what i can do as i have corresponed with Herr Ragossnig, a very nice man from, my experience!!!!

But i agree a very underrated player who made great recordings and taught a very large number of current guitarists

  • Please send my best regards to maestro.

I do hope to watch him playing lute.

  • Well, lute 323, i did contact Konrad Ragossnig

no joy iam afraid, he is not a fan of video clips and will not help in supplying any or where to find them!!!!

    I did try !!!!

A great Player, who has taught a large number of Guitists; I would love to have heard him the Rodrigo Aranjuez concerto, he has played it , but no commerical recording????????

    Fantasia 034

  • To my knowledge he did not record Aranjues concerto. I am afraid to say that Ragossnig is very good at classic German, English, French, baroque or Renaissance music, but not Spanish modern pieces. Does he sometimes have his concerts in Switzerland or in Europe?

  • well, great to have this but it is really a slide show!!!!!!

Does someone have video footage of Konrad Ragossnig playing something, it would be nice to have one piece on you tube of this great player,

apart from which i have never seen him play just hears his video recordings

  • And it's even in my mother language, German. :)

  • Right. Songs composed by Schubert are one of world treasures. Very well composed and appeal to my heart, even though my understanding of German is limited. I learned German as my second foreign language, but I cannot follow what Muller wrote.

  • Die schöne Müllerin means "the beautiful (female) miller". :)

  • Thank you for your interpretation. These songs are translated into Japanese before I was bone. Schubert songs are very familiar to classic advocates in our country. Some of them we learn in music class at school, although they are sung in Japanese.

  • Schubert! Wow! Wonderful! :D
