Herrel was convicted. Cryer just proved it was not 'wilfull', he still owes over$1.4 million. Not a single person has gotten out of paying taxes using those guys lame excuses.

Red Beckman has been trying to educate the masses for years now. Know your Rights as a sitting Juror in a Trial by Jury case, folks. Jury nullification is the best way to rid ourselves from bad laws.

sounds good, only problem is the courts refuse to hear the case, no matter how many grand juries there is.. Same with the natrual born citizen reguirment,, The judges refuse to hear the evidence.

@darrellmellissa: Well, yeah... The lower courts won't acknowledge the opinions of the Supreme Court. However, many IRS cases against citizens have been nullified by Trial Juries. Only trouble is, most Americans don't realize how much power they have sitting as an INDEPENDENT Juror. NEVER listen to a Judges instructions. The Jury is independent.

Yes Mum 4th Amendment gone. However the 2nd Right To Bear Arms is not. However we are both ruled by Rothschild British SEA LAW. If the 1st Amendment comes in peril we Americans still have our 2nd Amendment to fire on the current unjust politicians with powder and shot. It's

called the Bill of Rights and US Constitution. In other words "Don't tread on me" or "Come and Get IT". We cherish our Declaration of Independence but we will protect the Magna Carta come the choice of Liberty or Death.
