Hi, my name is Linda and I am from Houston, Texas I am undecided wether to buy this gastric bypass, I have tried so many diets and nothing works does this actually work, because i really need to lose weight I weight 180 lbs and i used to weight 120 lbs before having my daughter can u please help me. thank you!
@Linda123264 my computer keeps kicking me out it works if u stick to it and there are side effects GI stuff plus u have to pee alot. I am gonna try finishing my pro and start posting again its just hard to go to the bathroom so much at my job! will keep you posted! key is lots of water!!

@maria714sexi disculpe la tardansa lo deje de tomar por problemas de la vesicula pero ya lo voy a empesar a tomar otra ves y si ay pocas molestias como si comes de mas se te suelta el estomago pero la verdad si comes despacio y tomas mucha agua se controla eso y te das cuenta cuando quedas satisfecha... la llave es tomar bastante agua.. por q es como una esponja sin agua se ase chiquito y te da mas espacio para comida y lo q quiere uno es introducir menos calorias sin tener q restringir las
Hi Saracervants69 ive watching all your videos and you look pretty.. i know it's really hard to loose weight ,base on my experience i tried a lot of diet method ,diet pills,south beach diets,exercise and some its works but after that i gain weight again,im using Rocalabs formula and it really works,i can still eat may favorite foods but in a less portion amount. I know you can do it don't gave up..good luck
i so understand you i feel like you all the time i am not on the roca lab but i wish i was i am a stay at home mom and i try so hard to feel good about my self but i cant get over the fact that i weight to much and i want a change but i can have it cuz i dont have the money so i do wish every one that is on this lovely gift that was give to yall the best of luck and i hope you make it to your goal and more cuz my goal is the same as you 150 and lower if i can, so good luck and GOD BLESS!!
Ive been tracking ur videos, because I want to really buy this product.You look really pretty all made up. What are you mixing ur formula with. Can you do a vid on how u take the formula. Last question have you told ur husband yet? lol.....
@NaTasha171783 Thank you I mix it with the Crystal light or should I say the walmart brand taste good to me and I will make a video tomorrow monday because I was out of town and just got back.. as for telling my husband I did because he asked what the hell are you drinking but he had already read the roca lab container. lol! anyway I'll put a video up tomorrow!
