My Sulcata lives outside, goes into a dog house with a heat pad at night, and during the day eats the weeds. I also give him broccoli and berries, and cauliflower, and he is growing quite large.

San Diego is a good place to let them outside, as they love the sun and at times drink quite a lot of water.

I love sulcatas. I'd get 1 if my parents would let me spend that much on a turtle or if they didn't get so big. I'm not sure but I heard they're the 3rd biggest tortoise in the world
