I was a member of that Church back in the late 1950's and the pews were practically empty then. Sell it all! The Church doesn't reach out to anybody. Christ fed the poor... big example is the child giving his lunch. But C.S. says that's a metephore for thought. They let the poor starve when they can't understand C.S. or make the holy thing work! You bet there are no sick or hungry people in the C.S. church. They are too embarassed to hang around. Sigh. What a spiritual mess that church is.
That wouldn't do any good. A year later they would still be hungry.The truth of Christian Science will sustain and feed you for a lifetime. Better to sell the White House - there is no intelligent life in it.

Lovely building,i wonder what jesus would make of it.??Maybe sell it to feed the hungry.
