as a follow up to my previous comment, This would be exceptionally potent with Volibear's frenzy since the revive provides "bonus health". Alone, revive would increase Frenzy's damage by 36 at level 1.

This could actually be a legitimate game strategy. Choosing revive as a spell, at level 1 if you can get yourself killed at an enemy turret before the minion wave (maybe the enemy team is protecting their jungler's blue golem), you can lane with significantly boosted health for 2 minutes. This will allow you to survive lower level engagements, thus increasing the chance of a kill, and also reducing the chance of dying to a very early game gank. However revive is only beneficial for 2 minutes.
