Dude. Crank up the middle and bass on your amp. Turn that shit all the way up. That'll give you a bit of a thicker velvety tone. As for vibrato, spread it out more. It'll be kicking ass. And don't worry about putting all the notes exactly where Zakk does. Fucking PLAY that shit.

You don't have to use your pinky...I only ever use it when I have to like big stretches etc, but never for pentatonic stuff you can reach it all with your first 3 fingers easy, Zakk does the same...
