Wacom Intuos4 (Medium) Usability Review (Part 3 of 4)

ok... very interesting and good impressions, that give you the idea about this thing. thank you for that, but - where is part 4? can't seem to find it.

for those who are wondering a cintiq is actually a intuos 3 and 4 with a screen in it and a protective glass on top.

the 12WX and 21UX 1st Gen use intuos 3 technology and intuos 3 grip pen.

the 21UX 2nd Gen and 24HD both use the same intuos 4 technology and intuos 4 grip pen

I also own the intuos 4 small and I think the pressure is a plus but I like the cintiq better.

how are you getting this for $350? All prices I see are $479 for the Intuos4 medium, as of December, 2011.

I've always pronounced it "Way-com" like the artist in the video, it sounds better that way imo lol, but apparently it's pronounced "Wah-kum".? Cintiq looks more like Sin-tick to me, but apparently it's Sin-tique. ><

r u able to draw on the screen for the wacom intuos 4 medium or does it jus act as a pad cos it would b easier to draw on the screen while looking at it instead of drawing on it and looking up at a screen

Let me tell you all right now, if you buy this product you will throw a lot more money down the toilet than its retail price. The pen tips (otherwise known as nibs) WEAR DOWN AT LEAST 50x FASTER THAN INTUOS 3!!

I repeat, at LEAST 50x faster, this is not exaggerated. You'll replace your nibs for 20 dollars every couple weeks. Product is worthless in this regard. Not worth it. Get an intuos 3.

Research this before purchasing, do yourself a favor, don't take my word for it, research this.
