  • You are a nervous wreck! Try Valium and a good nap.

  • when we tap on the positive.. what happens? does it get better? how does the body differentiate between negative and positive.. or is it intention based? im confused as to why we tap on negative and positive.. are we trying to neutralize all emotions?

  • @poonanipancakes Hi, Both are useful methods with phenomenal results in EFT, for me its a desire to see more people realize how wonderful life is right now. My line of EFT deals completely with the positive when I am in a group setting like Youtube and FB, because our thoughts create our reality.

If I am doing an individual session, I will go into less than positive or the past things with the client for their exact issue. Otherwise I concentrate on Positive and Today which creates our future.

  • @lucralover Yes but I still don't understand how EFT doesn't erase both positive and negative responses/emotions alike.. how does the body know what to keep and what to let go of? Can I accidentally tap out something that I don't want to remove? I guess I have an underlying fear of losing.

  • @poonanipancakes Limited space here, I hope you get this response. Nothing is being erased and no accidents.

If you imagine the energy coursing through your veins can get blocked like the water in a river can form little dams. If you intend and confront you can break through the blocks or dams. This lets everything flow normally again. Now if you add extra energy (Positivity) or water, you increase the flow, which could clean the rest up. Please watch the vid again, it might be clearer now.
