i think tha it is interesting a interactive mode betwin sound and color using a microfone or line-in input!

yeah, this is very pleasant, and a nice use of max; are all the audio files running at the same time, and just being faded in/out? maybe launching them separately past a certain threshold might remove any clicks (although i didn't hear too many); good work

Idea: Instead of using the mouse position as an imput, have a video playing, and the average color of each frame is the imput. You then have a soundscape generated from the video's color.
