  • Alexia at the teens.... !!!! :-)

  • Cypriot ABBA?

  • It's Alexia, Aristos Moschovakis, Doros Georgiades and I'm really not sure about the other two...!

  • @gap81 not also... the sax player made quite an impression

  • @pandemits the other girl is Areti Kasapi. she works in the state radio station

  • Eurovision is very commercialised now! What sells is hot looking models that cannot sing for shit!!

  • I agree with ylevy5 it's beautiful and INNOCENT.

  • I was only eight years old at the time, but right then and there I knew I was gay, the minute I fell in love with the guy on the left. (Didn't know Eurovision was a gayish at the time...)

  • this song sounds like israel in 1993 also the choreografie is the same

  • OMG, thanks for the complimant! (I'm from Israel.)

  • Great song!

  • This is a great song. Should have been #2 behind Bucks Fizz. Congrats to Cyprus on a super first entry!

  • I agree totally.

  • @WARDMAN3 NO ITSHOULD BE 1ST

  • @MrJohne21 Hehe...I like them both so no argument. I really meant that this song should have scored much higher!! As an American guy whose passion is music, I am one of the few people who even know about the Eurovision Contest. Over the past 3 years I basically have managed to actually listen to most every entry every year from 1966ish on. Thanks for Youtube!!! Loved it!

  • @WARDMAN3 thank you my friend greets from troodos cyprus

  • @MrJohne21 And thank you! I like Eurovision conversations! Greetings from Greenwich, Connecticut USA... about 25 miles northof New York City!

  • @WARDMAN3 im not sure what Greenwich, Connecticut is i thort greenwich is in london? sorry my my knowlage of US state is very bad lol thank you greetings from Τροοδος (troodos) Κυπρος (cyprus) 20 miles north of Λεμεσος(limassol)(a city founded by british colonists for industry) and 30 miles south west of Λευκοσία (Nicosia) (an ancient greek/greek cypriot fort /settlement/city :D

  • @MrJohne21 I understand That is why I said that it is 25 miles north of New York City. We are a suburb.

  • @WARDMAN3 wats suburb?

  • genialne!

    thanks for uploading!

  • I remember the excitement as this was only the 2nd time Ireland hosted the contest. When Ireland has hosted there were often first time entrants in the contest and this I remember was the first entry from Cyprus. It should have done much better! Lovely song.

  • So beautiful and innocent.... The days when eurovision was naive. And greek is such a beautiful language (like hebrew).

  • @ylevy5 Eurovision was about the music itself ... the songs spoke for themselves ... no need for distractions and circus on stage .. the singer sang and most of them great talent ... the songs had another substance and growth after all it was a serious event before the eyes of the whole Europe. And I miss when they sang in their native languages. Most of the entry today sing in very bad english accent.

  • @ylevy5 thank you

  • @MrJohne21

seriously, i think greek is one of the most amazing languages!

  • @ylevy5 thank you im very thankfull for you compiment greetings from cyprus :D

  • Does anyone have this song??

  • THIS IS AWESOME!!!Eurovision is so crap nowdays! Adore this song! who is the other girl? one is alexia and then the other?

  • What does "appopse as vertoume" mean?

  • Are you refering to a particular greek or cypriot entry? It means "let's get together (meet)tonight">Απόψε ας βρεθούμε>(apopse as vrethoume).

  • lol!!! yeah! thats what I ment! sorry about my greek.

thank you! efraristip... well, you know.

  • I don't blame you,greek is very difficult indeed.The word is "Efharistό"...

  • I rather Alexia with Aspo mavro or Everidiki with Comme ci comme ca

  • equivalent to ABBA. those people are brilliant..i m just wondering where are talents like them now? i mean, they knew what eurovision wants you know? you can practically see the cheesee coming out of the screen...now, that's a eurovision song that could win.

  • BEST CYPRIOT SONG EVER in eurovision. no question.

  • A real Greek-Cypriotic entry if you ask me ;) almost 12 points from Holland from me ;).
